Outcome Measurements: Why Does It Matter?
Public workshop open to non-profit organizations in KFL&A
United Way serving Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox & Addington (KFL&A) is hosting a public workshop for non-profit organizations in KFL&A. The workshop, entitled “Outcome Measurements: Why Does It Matter?”, will be held on Monday, June 13, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Ongwanada Resource Centre Auditorium, located at 191 Portsmouth Avenue, Kingston. This workshop will focus on the benefits of program outcome measurement and reporting, and how it adds strength to non-profit organizations.
Open to board members, staff, and volunteers from any non-profit organization in KFL&A, participants at this workshop will learn to analyze and report outcome data, test and improve measurement systems, use results internally and externally and learn best to share program successes with funders and donors.
Cost is $30 per person and registration is required.
Public workshops are facilitated by volunteers from United Way’s Leadership Development Services (LDS) program. LDS is a community building initiative introduced by the United Way to help non-profit organizations deal with the ever-changing landscape of the voluntary sector.
