Youth Diversion invites you to join our upcoming Zoom workshop on Understanding Neurodiversity in Children and Youth: Exploring Support, Strengths & Needs.
This workshop would be of interest to family members, professionals, educators, community members, and anyone who would like to have a better understanding of how to support children & youth with neurodivergent minds, better understand their unique learning needs and help them reach their full potential at school, home, and community.

Learning Objectives: By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:
- Identify the key characteristics of neurodiversity in children & youth and how these differences affect their learning processes.
- Understand the social, emotional and academic challenges and highlight the unique strengths and skills of children and youth who are neurodivergent.
- Explore strategies for creating supportive learning environments at home, in school, and within the community.
- Develop approaches for enhancing the academic, social and emotional development of neurodivergent children & youth.
