Next Gen and the Kingston Frontenacs Score for the United Way
$5 from every ticket purchased at the box office will go to United Way KFL&A
On Friday, October 19, at 7 p.m. the Kingston Frontenacs will Score for the United Way! when they take on the Plymouth Whalers at the K-Rock Centre. The Kingston Frontenacs will donate $5 from every ticket purchased at the KRC box office for the Oct. 19 game to Next Gen/United Way KFL&A.
After the game, ticket stubs can be used to attend a social after party hosted by Fanatics and receive buy one get one free appetizers. Exciting raffle prize draws will be available to be won during the game and at Fanatics afterwards. Be sure to visit the United Way display at the K-Rock Centre to get your ticket for the draws.
Score for the United Way! is hosted by United Way Next Gen. Next Gen is a new initiative in the KFL&A area focused on developing a community of younger stakeholders, ages 25 to 40, and encouraging them to invest their time, energy and money in the community through the United Way.
“We are really excited to partner with the Kingston Frontenacs again this year to help raise money for the United Way and increase awareness of the Next Gen initiative,” said Next Gen Chair Shawn Whalen.
Tickets for the Kingston Frontenacs game are available at the KRC box office or on their website www.K-Rockcentre.com.
