United Way to announce 2013 Campaign Achievement on November 29
KINGSTON, ONT. / November 7, 2013 – Lori MacDonald, 2013 United Way Campaign Chair, invites you to join us for the annual Campaign Touchdown Breakfast on Friday, November 29, at the Ambassador Conference Resort. The doors open at 7 a.m. and ceremonies start at 7:30 a.m.
In three short weeks, 2013 Campaign Chair Lori MacDonald will put an end to the suspense and announce how much the Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox and Addington community raised this year. On September 11 a campaign goal of $3,418,000 was announced.
This year, it is easier than ever to get tickets for the breakfast. This year tickets for the breakfast can be ordered online. Visit the United Way website to book your ticket today, and join us for breakfast on the 29th.
Every year thousands of volunteers, organizations, frontline agencies, professional staff and our media partners come together to raise funds for services that help their families, friends and neighbours. Last year United Way invested in 89 programs, all of which benefit people right here in our community.
